After successfully completing the six-month leadership development program, fellows join the Change Collective as “Members.”
As a Change Collective Member, these rising local leaders will receive, but not limited to, the following:
An active community of local changemakers from across the nation.
Access to an exclusive network of leaders and organizations from various industries for mentorship opportunities and career development.
Invitations to national and local Change Collective and Civic Nation events and programs.
Continued leadership training and learning for personal growth and capacity building.
Serve a significant role in selecting and mentoring future fellows.
Additional support for individual Civic Action Projects.
