Olivia Kosciusko Tritschler

Olivia Kosciusko Tritschler (she/her/hers) works in nonprofits arts management focusing on ways to expand opportunities to present new voices and perspectives and rethink donation models that reinforce power hierarchies and influence programmatic content. Olivia moved to Chicago after eight years in Washington, D.C., where she worked at The National Theatre Foundation and completed a Certificate in Project Management program through Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies. Prior to that, Olivia worked at the Kluge-Ruhe Aboriginal Art Collection of the University of Virginia after gaining a B.A. in global developmental studies at the university.

Olivia is excited to join the Change Collective and learn from her fellow changemakers. She will focus on disrupting and redesigning nonprofit labor and funding models that allow employees to be overworked and underpaid to further programs that can be influenced by donors’ purse strings.

As a newer Chicagoan, Olivia has started volunteering at the Avondale Restorative Justice Community Court and Literacy Chicago. In her free time, Olivia enjoys reading, yoga, and exploring new restaurants and bars across the city.
