Ashlee is the Co-Founder and Principal of The Kelly Factory, an architecture firm, and the Founder and Executive Director of Mid City Community Development Corporation, working to revitalize the Mid City community—an initiative inspired by her Civic Action Plan. She also serves as the Board President of the Jackson Association of Neighborhoods, dedicating her volunteer time to strengthening all Jackson neighborhoods by providing essential resources and support.
