I am a New Orleans native who relocated to Jackson to attend Jackson State University, where I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Public Administration who holds a Master’s in Urban Planning and a Bachelor’s in Political Science. I am also an entrepreneur and co-founded The Kelly Factory, an architecture firm, and owner of The Gumbeaux, a proposal writing company. From this experience, I hope to gain the knowledge and tools necessary to improve the quality of life of Jacksonians.
