Parish Halsell is a Human Capital Consultant with expertise in enacting organizational change, building bridges across differences, and planning and facilitating engaging learning experiences. Parish leverages DEI best practices to advise leaders, align key stakeholders and provide continued education. Parish has demonstrated success with lead roles in adult education, training and facilitation, leadership development, program management and evaluation, DEI strategy and consulting.
Parish developed an edutainment platform that celebrates Blackness and seeks to answer the question “what is going on around here!?” leading to the creation of “Pardon Me!…with P! (PMWP).” Since being established in 2020, PMWP has served as a source of education, insight, and inspiration for those looking to advance equity in all spaces for all people. In this role, Parish is able to educate on a larger scale, while still advancing the mission of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Parish is on a project to help his community develop the skills needed to combat misinformation, recognize and acknowledge facts, and to remember the greatness that lies within.
