Adrian Arevalo is an established professional in the real estate development industry, specializing in luxury multifamily projects. He holds dual undergraduate degrees in real estate finance and business management from University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning at UTSA, focusing on South Texas regional economic development.
Adrian has co-founded two impactful non-profit organizations. As Board Member and Director of Education for YCRAN, he has expanded the organization to over 300 members in four years, empowering the next generation of commercial real estate professionals through education, professional development, and networking. Additionally, he serves as a Board Member and Advisor for The Howdy Project, an educational outreach program committed to fostering the growth and development of aspiring young professionals in the South Texas region by facilitating meaningful interactions between mentees and mentors.
