About Change Collective

Launched in 2023, Change Collective is a dynamic, nationwide network focused on training and connecting local leaders in cities across the country. Our nonpartisan approach prioritizes collaboration over politics, empowering changemakers to bridge divides and solve problems at the community level.

Through a six-month leadership training program, fellows from diverse backgrounds come together to build skills, share perspectives, and create solutions tailored to their communities. Each fellow develops a Civic Action Plan, addressing a critical local issue to inspire tangible change.

After completing the program, fellows join the Change Collective Membership Network, a national community of local changemakers dedicated to lifelong learning, collaboration, and civic impact. Together, we are strengthening communities and paving the way for a more connected and equitable future.

Our Core Values

Collaboration

We prioritize civic leadership over politics, focusing on creating strong civic infrastructure and fostering partnerships that transcend divides. By building bridges, we empower changemakers to tackle local challenges together.

Empowerment

We trust in the power of community to drive solutions. By providing participants with the tools, skills, and confidence they need, we ensure local leaders are equipped to define and address the unique challenges their communities face.

Inclusion

We embrace difference as a source of strength, recognizing that diversity and belonging are essential for meaningful change. By creating a sense of safety and inclusion, we empower communities to thrive.
