Jeneen Thomas is a non-profit program director with nearly 10 years of experience in program and volunteer management, learning and development, partnership management and community engagement. She is currently on the senior leadership team for City Year Chicago, a national non-profit organization where She cultivates a pipeline of civic-minded change agents among both the City Year staff and AmeriCorps volunteers through intentional talent development, commitment-building, and organizational alignment. Jeneen also manages the organization’s partnership with six Chicago Public Schools. During her time in the Change Collective, she will be working on a plan to empower youth and create a sustainable pipeline of workforce ready individuals by introducing training and learning opportunities to under-resourced communities. On a personal level, she is extremely excited to broaden her network, learn alongside a group of like-minded individuals and most importantly be a part of long-lasting change.
