Membership Terms and Conditions
By joining the Change Collective Membership program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility
- The membership program is open to individuals who have successfully completed the Change Collective Fellowship training program and meet the eligibility criteria defined by Change Collective.
- Membership is fee-based, with a monthly fee of $10 or an annual fee of $100.
2. Membership Benefits
As a member, you may have access to:
- Exclusive discounts and priority access to events and training
- Networking opportunities
- Mentorship programs
- Access to digital resources
- Access to the membership network
Change Collective reserves the right to modify membership benefits at any time.
3. Member Responsibilities
- Members must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all program-related activities.
- Members shall not use the Change Collective logo, branding, or materials without prior written permission.
- Members are encouraged to participate in events, discussions, mentorship, etc., but participation is optional.
- Any personal information shared within the network must be treated with confidentiality and respect.
4. Code of Conduct
All members must adhere to the Change Collective Community Agreement/Norms guidelines, such as:
- Treat all fellow members with respect and inclusivity.
- Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
- Avoid using the membership network for political activity, personal commercial gain, or solicitation.
- Report any misconduct or violations to [email protected].
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
- By joining the Change Collective Membership, you agree to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as outlined in the Civic Nation Privacy Policy.
- Member data may be used for communication, program updates, invitations to events, and engagement tracking.
- Civic Nation does not sell member data but may share information with affiliated initiatives or organizations that align with its mission.
- Members can update their communication preferences or opt out at any time by contacting support at [email protected].
6. Intellectual Property & Content Use
- Any content submitted by members (e.g., testimonials, photos, blog posts) (“Member Content”) may be used by Change Collective for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes with credit to the contributor. You understand and agree that any information or content you submit is non-confidential and, unless otherwise specified, you grant Civic Nation and our affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, assignable, transferable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Member Content throughout the world in any manner or media now known or later developed, including but not limited to fundraising and other communications by us without any right of compensation. You waive any moral rights you may have to the Member Content you submit. You represent and warrant that you own and control all of the rights to the Member Content that you submit, or you otherwise have the right to post such Member Content and that the Member Content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity.
- Members must respect copyright and intellectual property rights when sharing content within the network.
7. Event Participation & Liability
- Members attending in-person or virtual events must comply with event-specific guidelines.
- Change Collective is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in program-related activities.
8. Membership Fees, Renewal, & Termination
- All membership fees for the Change Collective Membership program are non-refundable. By joining, you agree to pay the membership fee for the applicable membership tier as described at the time of registration.
- Members must manually renew their membership before the expiration date to maintain access to benefits.
- Members may cancel their membership at any time by emailing [email protected]. Membership fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel your membership before the end of your billing cycle. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to all member benefits until the end of your current billing period. After that, your access will be revoked, and you will not be charged for the following billing period.
- Change Collective reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of these terms.
- Payment and processing is handled by EveryAction, and Civic Nation does not store payment details.
- Membership may also be terminated if the program is discontinued.
9. Amendments to These Terms
Change Collective reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes via the member portal.
