Jade Strawberry serves as the Chief of Staff at RCX Sports, leveraging her extensive background as a former Division I athlete. A standout volleyball player at the University of Connecticut, she earned a full athletic scholarship and graduated in four years. Strawberry began her professional journey with Next College Student Athlete in 2018, before joining RCX Sports in 2019.
Since then, she has taken on key leadership roles, spearheading initiatives that promote inclusivity and growth in sports. She has been instrumental in driving the Females in Flag program, a cornerstone effort aimed at increasing female participation in flag football. Working closely with the CEO, Strawberry oversees a variety of projects with a focus on empowering under-resourced communities, fostering team culture, and expanding opportunities for women in sports.
