Ria is the agency director and CEO of HI.RES MODELS, a Detroit-based modeling agency known for its creative direction, emerging talent development, and standout production value. She leads a multidisciplinary team of models and creatives and is focused on elevating Detroit’s fashion presence while creating intentional opportunities for new and established talent.
Ria is also the creative director of Team Pursuit, a community and CVI organization on Detroit’s East Side. With this role, she plans to bring her experience from running a modeling agency directly into community spaces, engaging youth through art, fashion, and creative expression. Her goal is to help young people explore their creativity, build confidence, and see new possibilities for themselves.
