Bridget D. Sisney

Bridget D. Sisney is a community-centered servant leader focused on leadership development, community building, and holistic wellness. Guided by the motto “aspire to inspire,” she has spent over a decade in education and nonprofit leadership in Memphis.

Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Bridget earned her B.A. from Dillard University in New Orleans before moving to Memphis in 2013. As an educator in the public school system, she discovered her passion for holistic wellness and began integrating mindfulness and movement into the school community. She later earned her M.Ed. from Christian Brothers University, researching mindfulness interventions, and is a certified emotional intelligence coach, deepening her expertise in transformative learning and coaching.

As Director of Leadership Programs at New Memphis, Bridget supports the development of emerging leaders, designs inclusive programming pathways, and creates community-rooted experiences. She is passionate about championing environments where all voices are valued and equipped to lead.

Additionally, Bridget is the founder of a wellness company where she brings yoga, Pilates, wellness coaching, and doula support into corporate and community settings.

Wherever she is, Bridget is dedicated to living out the pillars of community, wellness, access, and joy, inspiring excellence everywhere.
