Belinda Boni Noagbe is a dedicated emerging community leader and a Master of Public Administration student at the University of Memphis, concentrating in Public Management and Policy. She is committed to public service, community development, and advancing equitable opportunities for vulnerable populations. Belinda currently serves as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Public and Nonprofit Administration, where she supports student engagement, social media outreach, and departmental initiatives.
Belinda has developed strong skills in community outreach, youth engagement, and program support through experience volunteering at organizations including Leadership Memphis, the Refugee Empowerment Program, Betor Way Foundation, and others. She is also the founder of the Herrise Care Mission Foundation, an initiative focused on empowering girls and families through access to menstrual products, education, and wellness resources.
Through the Change Collective experience, Belinda hopes to strengthen her leadership abilities, deepen her understanding of collaborative community work, and develop practical tools to uplift underserved communities. She is passionate about using her voice, skills, and lived experiences to create positive change in both Memphis and Ghana.
