Diana Martinez is the Chief of Communications and External Affairs at the Office of City Clerk Anna Valencia. As the daughter of immigrant parents and a first generation college student, Diana seeks to find ways to support and empower women of color as they navigate college and develop the skills to bring their own ideas to life.
