Kim Lewis is a passionate community advocate dedicated to creating positive changes in the lives of residents and enhancing the experiences of visitors to Jackson. With a background in marketing, communications, and community-focused programming, Kim has spent over a decade working alongside local organizations and community members to connect, serve, and uplift Jackson by highlighting its strengths while addressing its challenges.
Through her involvement with the Change Collective, Kim will focus on enhancing the impact of the My City Young Ambassador program. The Visit Jackson signature program engages local youth by immersing them in Jackson’s rich culture, history, and opportunities, ultimately broadening their future possibilities. By leveraging her skills in mentorship, community outreach, and program development, Kim creates an environment where young ambassadors grow personally and contribute to a deeper appreciation of their city. Her ultimate goal is to instill community pride in the students, empowering them to become active, engaged citizens who drive positive change in their lives and community.
