Isaac James came to the United States as a refugee. He lives in Memphis and works as a community organizer. He is passionate about people and building people’s power. As a refugee, his experience in the United States hasn’t been easy, and he uses that to create bridges and understanding amongst immigrants and their new communities. His project centers around relationship building amongst immigrant male youth and their peers.
