Darrah Hall

Darrah Hall is a proud South Memphian and public servant dedicated to empowering her community and increasing voter turnout through civic education and advocacy. In 2019, she founded Civics Made Simple, a voter education initiative that helps Memphis and Shelby County residents understand local government and elections. Through workshops and voter registration drives across the city, Darrah works to build a more informed and engaged electorate. Her career in advocacy, government, and political campaigns is driven by a commitment to uplifting her community and strengthening local democracy.

Through the Change Collective, Darrah aims to deepen Civics Made Simple’s impact by designing new outreach strategies and building collaborative partnerships that strengthen local civic literacy in Memphis.
