Tim Green Jr. is an impactful leader joining the next Change Collective cohort, driven by a commitment to empowering young Black men. Currently, Tim serves as a Planner III in the Office of Comprehensive Planning for the City of Memphis, where they contribute to developing equitable and forward-thinking community strategies. In this role, Tim sees firsthand the critical connection between planning and opportunity.
Tim also dedicates his passion to youth development as the Program Director of Development at The Gentlemen’s League. This experience provides a deep understanding of the unique challenges and vast potential young men face in Memphis and across the nation.
During the Change Collective program, Tim is focused on leveraging their planning and development expertise to find and create innovative initiatives that will substantively strengthen the voice of young Black men in Memphis and beyond. He aims to foster meaningful platforms for expression, leadership, and systemic change.
