Tiffany Mishè Gray is a dynamic strategist, organizer, and arts educator with a heart for youth, equity, and civic engagement. As the founder of The Multicultural Progressive South, she works to uplift working-class communities and expand political education across Tennessee.
As a former freelance journalist, Tiffany has covered political movements and policy shifts on the ground, using her voice to highlight underrepresented perspectives. She currently serves as a volunteer member of an official Shelby County Committee and is committed to strengthening her district.
One of her proudest accomplishments includes serving on the founding XQ Memphis Crosstown High team, helping to secure $2.5 million in funding for the school. That initiative became a cornerstone for the revitalization of the Crosstown Concourse — a $200 million redevelopment that brought housing, entertainment, and tourism beyond downtown Memphis.
Whether she is mentoring young people in public speaking or mobilizing communities for change, Tiffany believes the stage is everywhere — and political leadership is her next one.
