Khalil Davis is an urban planner and community drive strategist dedicated to building equitable people centered cities. Born and raised in Detroit, he is motivated by a life long commitment to addressing the systemic disinvestments that shaped his community.
Khalil currently works at WSP as a Consultant where he leads regional implementation strategies on project that focuses on mobility, access, innovation and infrastructure. His work spans transit planning, community engagement, grant development and economic development. Khalil has led and secured multimillion grant applications, built cross sector partnerships and developed frameworks that center resident voices in public decision making.
Through Change Collective, Khalil aims to deepen leadership practice, strengthen skills in coalition building, and explore models for community led revitalization.
