Alexis Caleb is a dynamic Business Development Manager for a woman-owned technology consulting firm, where she leads strategic partnerships and drives growth initiatives that expand client impact across the tech landscape. She also serves as the Co-Director of Community Engagement for the GetWITit Detroit Chapter, engaging her passion for empowering women and underrepresented talent by helping to cultivate a thriving network for women in technology throughout the region.
Alexis is currently developing SheSphere, an initiative designed to connect Michigan’s tech ecosystem and open pathways for women to enter and advance in Tech and STEM fields. Through SheSphere, she aims to build a comprehensive support platform offering mentorship opportunities, direct job resources in collaboration with recruiters, and access to career-advancing trainings and professional certifications.
The initiative will also form partnerships with local universities and colleges to create pipelines for advanced education, technical training, and apprenticeship programs. Driven by a belief that inclusive innovation strengthens communities, Alexis Caleb continues to champion opportunities that elevate women’s voices, expand career mobility, and prepare the next generation of diverse STEM leaders.
