Melanie Brusnahan (she/her) is a passionate advocate for sustainable and inclusive economic development. Currently serving as the Events and Community Coordinator at Launch SA in San Antonio, she supports entrepreneurs and business owners in starting and expanding their businesses. Melanie oversees the entrepreneurial ecosystem, recognizing disparities in access to resources. As a believer in the transformative potential of small businesses for economic growth, Melanie aims to use her time with the Change Collective to bridge gaps between business sectors, grassroots activists, and other change-making groups.
Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Melanie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma with a focus on entrepreneurship and International Business. Since moving to San Antonio, she has immersed herself in the city’s innovative community and is eager to contribute to a greater impact across the city.
