I am a South Carolina native and began my professional career as a middle school teacher in the Mississippi Delta. In 2022, I moved to Jackson to work in education policy, a field that allows me to draw on my experiences as a teacher every day. I am looking forward to connecting with and learning from people who are curious, creative, and passionate about finding ways to empower our communities.
