Amairani Blanco is a community-centered leader, mother, and advocate based in Chicago’s Northwest Side. As a banking professional, she supports small businesses and families in accessing financial tools, education, and opportunities that help them build stability and growth. Her work is rooted in serving underrepresented communities in neighborhoods like Hermosa and Belmont Cragin, where she partners with local organizations, schools, and small businesses to expand access to resources and uplift residents.
Amairani is passionate about youth development, financial empowerment, and creating safe, supportive spaces where families feel seen and connected. She is known for her hands-on involvement in community events — from toy drives supporting families affected by hardship to cultural celebrations and neighborhood initiatives that build trust and belonging.
Through the Change Collective program, Amairani hopes to strengthen her communication, storytelling, and program design skills. Her goal is to develop sustainable community programs focused on financial literacy, youth support, and small business growth. She is committed to learning, collaborating, and becoming a stronger and more intentional leader for the neighborhoods she proudly serves.
