Zahraa Alrafish is a dedicated social work student and community leader committed to empowering women and underserved communities. As the founder of Arab Women United, Zahraa has built a nonprofit organization that provides resources, mentorship, and leadership development for immigrant and minority women. She is also an Outreach Coordinator at ACCESS, where she works to connect individuals with critical support services. Zahraa’s passion for social work stems from her firsthand experiences with underserved communities, driving her efforts to create lasting change.
Through the Change Collective experience, Zahraa aims to expand her impact by exploring innovative solutions to bridge resource gaps and foster stronger support networks for women.
