Naphtali Bryant – Speaker, Educator, and Intrapreneur. Naphtali Bryant is a dynamic speaker, award-winning educator, and recognized intrapreneur dedicated to transforming education, into a launchpad for career success. His journey began with a bold decision: after a 13-year gap in schooling, he returned to college, determined to move beyond retail and into a career of purpose. That decision launched a path of high achievement, including multiple degrees, national scholarships, and international study experiences in Taiwan and China.
Today, Naphtali serves as Childcare Scholarship Coordinator at United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County, where he manages scholarship programs, fosters community partnerships, and supports families in accessing quality education. His leadership has been recognized with honors including the Top 100 Leaders in Education Award (2020), the NISOD Excellence Award (2022), and the Outstanding Intrapreneur Award in the Not-for-Profit Sector (2023) by the Global Intrapreneurs Institute in Australia. Beyond his professional role, Naphtali is active on the international stage. He has spoken at the University of Tolima in Colombia, mentored African American men through Leaders of the Free World study abroad program in Ghana and selected as an Honoree Listee for Marquis Who’s Who (2024).
