Danielle is a chef and after-school culinary instructor working with 4th–8th grade students, where she uses food as a tool to teach creativity, confidence, and real-life skills. With a strong passion for nutrition and youth development, Danielle is committed to helping young people build healthy habits and explore the joy of cooking.
Alongside her work in the kitchen and classroom, Danielle is a student pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. Her goal is to merge education, wellness, and community impact by creating programs that support children and families both inside and outside of school.
Through the Change Collective, Danielle plans to focus on expanding access to healthier, affordable food options within her neighborhood. She hopes to strengthen her leadership skills, learn effective community-engagement strategies, and build partnerships that make fresh, nutritious foods more available to local families. With a deep belief in empowerment through education and nourishment, Danielle aims to help her community thrive—one meal, one classroom, and one initiative at a time.
