Andrea Santiviago Báez Shindeldecker

Andrea Santiviago Báez Shindeldecker is a proud Paraguayan American, daughter of immigrants, mother, wife, and animal lover. She is deeply passionate about Make-A-Wish’s mission to bring hope, joy, and resilience through life-changing wishes. As the Senior Referral Outreach Coordinator, she brings extensive experience in nonprofit management, specializing in project management, data analytics, and bilingual communications. 

With a strong background in healthcare services, Andrea holds a BA in psychology from Wayne State University, a diploma in medical assisting from Robert Morris University (now Roosevelt University), and she has been a Registered Medical Assistant in Illinois since 2007. Recently certified as a Nonprofit Professional through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance, she is committed to mentoring others and building bridges to foster success within her community.
