Naabia is a Wayne State University alumna, Metro Detroit native, and proud Detroit Resident with a supply chain and startup operations background. As a 2021 Venture for America Fellow, she had a hand in building and scaling multiple mission-driven, early-stage consumer brands across various industries. Today, she supports operational strategy at Blueland, a B-Corp Certified brand whose mission is to make sustainable, plastic-free home cleaning products accessible.
Outside of her role at Blueland, she leads the efforts at Choice Tracker to hold Michigan’s elected officials accountable for addressing and protecting abortion rights in the state. She also serves on the board of Strong Towns Detroit and is passionate about using her background in business operations to help residents and community members strengthen resilience in their communities, as well as to improve both their built environment and their daily lives.
