Rashad Davis is a transformative leader, educator, and mentor dedicated to empowering young Black males and expanding educational equity. He is committed to breaking cycles of intergenerational poverty through education, career readiness, and community empowerment. With advanced degrees in business administration and education and as a doctoral candidate, Rashad designs scalable, culturally relevant learning experiences that equip students with 21st-century skills. As a father and a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Rashad actively mentors young Black males and leads initiatives fostering leadership, confidence, and academic success.
Through The Change Collective, he seeks to deepen his impact by addressing social isolation, political polarization, and civic disengagement, empowering young people as change agents. Rashad’s unwavering mission is to transform education and create opportunities that enable students to thrive in school, work, and life.
