Hayley Carroll is a Memphian by birth and choice, dedicated to her career as a nonprofit development strategist and fundraiser for leading national health sector organizations. She is proud of her Venezuelan-American heritage and upbringing in a multiracial, multilingual family in the Bluff City. Hayley holds a B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Fine Arts and an MBA from Christian Brothers University, where she embraces the motto, “Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve.” Currently with the Alzheimer’s Association, she focuses on revenue strategy, partner retention, and revenue generation for national corporate initiatives. Through her participation in the Change Collective and in life, she strives to find alignment of individual and corporate shared values to develop fruitful partnerships.
She lives in Midtown Memphis with her husband and five children, indulging in hot yoga, dining out, and traveling to explore the world.
