Joe Schupbach is an educator with 18 years of experience in K-12 and post secondary education and 20 years in non-profit administration. Before becoming an instructional coach with Embarc, Joe served as: a teaching artist and administrator with Lookingglass Theatre and PlayMakers Laboratory; an artist-in-residence at Park School in Evanston; the K-8 Drama Teacher at St. Clement School; an Associate Instructor at UC Davis; and the English, Drama, and Performing Arts Teacher at ChicagoQuest High School. Joe holds an MFA in Creative Writing, an MFA in Dramatic Art, and is a proud CPS graduate. Joe is passionate about arts integration, schools as a place of healing, and accessible and equitable experiential learning.
